Chico Perez, CEO
Chico Perez has over 21 years of experience building, leading, and implementing VoIP network solutions across enterprise environments. With a background in Computer Science from Chattahoochee Technical College, Chico gained foundational experience working with Cox Communications, AirTran Airways (Southwest Airlines), Genuine Parts Company, and SageNet.
His expertise spans VoIP engineering, SIP infrastructure, cloud-hosted communication systems, and operational leadership. Chico merges technical proficiency with strategic vision, positioning Blank Point Communications as a trusted provider of high-performance, white-glove communication services.
Driven by a mission to elevate the telecom experience, Chico is committed to delivering exceptional service and meaningful value. Ozzie Perez, CIO
Ozzie brings a wealth of hands-on experience and heart to Blank Point Communications. Before joining the company, he spent 20 years at Time Warner, where he became known not just for his technical abilities, but for the way he leads, teaches, and empowers teams.
From managing dispatch operations to installing fiber, network systems, CCTV security, and VoIP communications, Ozzie has worked across nearly every layer of the field. He understands what it takes to build reliable systems and what it means to support the people who maintain them.
At Blank Point, Ozzie guides our IT and field operations, working closely with technicians, engineers, and leadership to ensure our clients receive the quality, care, and reliability we stand for. His leadership is hands-on, practical, and rooted in genuine dedication to the craft and the team around him.

Jeff Baisch, Director of Operations
Jeff Baisch is a proven operator with nearly 30 years of experience building and scaling mission-critical communication infrastructure. He doesn’t just manage systems—he builds the backbone that businesses depend on.
Jeff began his career with WorldCom, where he helped engineer and operate a high-performance ATM backbone network powering dial access for major platforms including BellSouth.net, MindSpring, CompuServe, and components of AOL. This was large-scale infrastructure at its peak—and Jeff was in the middle of it.
He went on to NetSentinel, where he delivered advanced cyber and physical security solutions for organizations across the U.S. and Europe, protecting critical systems and tightening operational security where it matters most.
Jeff later led the buildout and operations of StarBand, one of the nation’s first satellite ISPs. He oversaw the development of a full-scale data center in Marietta and the infrastructure required to deliver high-speed internet nationwide—including authentication systems, email platforms, and user management at scale.
Over the years, Jeff has supported high-stakes environments across banking, energy, public safety, and government sectors—where downtime isn’t an option and failure isn’t tolerated.
