Today, as CIO of Blank Point Communications, Ozzie mentors a growing team of 10+ in-house developers and supports a vast network of field technicians and engineers across the country. His leadership is grounded in tenacity, precision, and heart—qualities that perfectly align with Blank Point’s mission to deliver white-glove, cloud-first communication solutions with a human touch.

As Vice President of Blank Point Communications sales, she brings nearly a decade of expertise in VoIP and call center infrastructure—and over 20 years of success in corporate training, business development, sales, and executive leadership.

Her career spans industry giants like Toshiba America, Ricoh USA, Unisource Worldwide, and Mitchell Williams Law Firm, where she consistently drove efficiency, scalability, and growth. What sets Brenda apart is her deep belief in the power of people, process, and purpose. She’s not just focused on operations—she’s focused on impact.
